My report. Uh, I attended a peace pole uh uh dedication at uh Congregation Beth Sholom and the uh members of the Universalist Church. Uh, I attended the Silver Lake Commission presentation on the St. Jones River at City Hall. I attended the Habitat Charity Ball at Bally's. I attended uh a meeting at the Levy Court uh sponsored by Senator Buckson and Representative Carry Evelyn-Harris regarding manufactured homes and helps that help that could be provided to them. I met with the mayor and the police chief over certain matters. I also attended the November library uh board meeting and uh I also attended uh a meeting at um for with a group trying to bring together the Dover Ice Rink and Civic Center at Schutte Park along with Council Councilman Rocha and Councilwoman Pillsbury. I attended the Wild Meadows Homeowners Association meeting. I attended the uh dedication of a Habitat home at 145 Ann Street. I responded by email and telephone to many on the proposed of safety traffic and safety ordinance that we'll be talking about this evening. Uh, I also submitted a staff review amendment on manufactured homes for Chapter 66 requiring the titles of these homes to be shown to the city before a license for the home was brought in and into the community and license was granted. Used homes have been brought in to leased-land into leased-land communities and sold without the title as required by state law, making them impossible to sell legally by the new owner. Thanks to code inspector Kopp for his changes which have been adopted, and it will be forthcoming uh very shortly uh in a future meeting. I met with several times with Councilman Anderson and Councilwoman Hall with a group of concerned citizens over the inability to control the acts of individuals who commit acts against society, but who are not held accountable and may not be able to actually do uh help themselves. I provided a letter of congratulations to Zeta Phi Beta on their 50th anniversary. I referred Dover resident James Branch offer regarding services regarding water pollution to staff. I believe his concerns were more appropriate for state consideration. I believe we all received a petition for sidewalk repair in the heart of the Dover Historic District. Public Works uh Director Novak is seeking funds for a contractor to do that work. Uh, that is my report. I now turn this meeting to uh Chairman Andre Boggerty to conduct the business of the Safety Advisory and Transportation Committee.

Uh, thank you, sir. Um, you shot me down on the roadway at Leipsic Road, but we still have a problem because this is a season where we have Gift of Lights traveling down that area, we have uh Wreaths Across America coming in December the 11th, uh we have a announcement that was made today that there's going to be a Country Western uh concert, two days, in September of 2026. But right now, Leipsic Road is getting very, not Leipsic, but actually uh uh Persimmon Park Place Road, percent that lane needs to be resurfaced, and I have made requests to our our members of of the legislature, but it's not potholes yet, but it's going to be potholes very soon. Do you have any influence with DelDOT of saying take a look at that road before it gets so bad that cars are going to be damaged? If you can do that, mwah.
