Principal Arterial in order to allow the installation of a wall sign on the north side of the building. Subject
property is zoned C-4 (Highway Commercial Zone). The Tax Parcel is ED-05-057.00-01-30.02-000. The
owner of record is Northeast Dover Properties, LLC.
