CANCELLATION NOTICE
This Historic District Commission Meeting scheduled for April 17, 2025 has been cancelled due to lack
of agenda items. The potential agenda item for consideration of HI-25-02 Mixed Use Building at 120 S.
Governors Avenue was requested by the Applicant to be postponed and will be rescheduled for a future
meeting.
The next scheduled meeting of the City of Dover Historic District Commission will be held on May
15, 2025.
