Thornton and Lisa Spellman have requested a variance from the requirements of Article 4 §4.1 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the maximum permitted lot coverage to retroactively allow construction of a 15-foot by 52-foot driveway. Subject property is zoned R-8 (One Family Residence Zone). The Tax Parcel is ED05-068.14-03-49.00-000. The owners of record are Thornton L Spellman Sr. and Lisa Spellman. Applicant #V-17-04 218 West Reed Street. Marion Lott Sr. and Renora H.
