Public Comment None 2.01 Appointment of Principal, Kent County Secondary Intensive Learning Center (Resolution No. 26-057) On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Geist, and on a roll call vote of 2/3: Ms. Geist – yes; Ms. Pendleton – no; Ms. Duggins – no; Mr. Christiansen – yes; Dr. Jackson – no, Candidate #1745 was not approved for the position of Principal, Kent County Secondary Intensive Learning Center. On a motion by Ms. Duggins, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a vote of 3/2: Ms. Geist – no; Ms. Pendleton – yes; Ms. Duggins – yes; Mr. Christiansen – no; Dr. Jackson – yes, the board adopted Resolution No. 26-057 approving candidate #1825 for the position of Principal, Kent County Secondary Intensive Learning Center. 3.0 Adjournment 3.01 Adjournment On a motion by Ms. Pendleton, seconded by Ms. Duggins, and on a unanimous vote, the meeting was adjourned at 12:14 a.m. December 4, 2025.
