session at 5:31 p.m.

On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a roll call vote of 5/0: Ms. Geist – yes; Ms.
Pendleton – yes; Ms. Duggins – yes; Mr. Christiansen – yes, Dr. Jackson – yes, the board adopted Resolution No.
27-027 approving the 2026-2027 Student Success Guide with revisions as discussed by the board.
