District Data review – presentations were made on the following data for the district. - • Academic - - o Elementary Reading and Math - - o Elementary SBAC Data - - o Secondary Data - - o CSI/TSI Updates - • Climate and Discipline - - o Climate Data - - o Behavior Data - • Absenteeism - - o Attendance Data V. Board Self-Assessment/Reflection - • Discussion was held to share self-assessments and reflection for each board member. VI. Board Goals and Priorities - • The board discussed effective goal setting and priorities for achieving board objectives and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Establishing clear and actionable goals is essential for staying aligned with the district’s mission while ensuring measurable progress. VII. Opportunity Funding - • The purposes and intents of Delaware’s $60 million Opportunity Funding were discussed. - • An Opportunity Funding Analysis for 25-26 was provided. VIII. Preview Day Two Agenda - • Attendees reviewed the agenda for day two of the retreat on June 16, 2026.

IX. Day One Summary and Reflections - • The retreat concluded with a summary of the day and the process of examining the thoughts and ideas of attendees for future presentations and discussion. 1.03 Adjournment President Jackson adjourned the meeting at 4:30 p.m.
