Good Afternoon;
I am writing today regarding the above address, .Map Number: 2 05 07607 01
4200 000.
One of our customers, Mr. Lyn Byler, is trying to purchase the property which is in
bankruptcy and we have already provided him with a proposal to demolish the house
and clear the lot as soon as he is the owner of record.
It is my understanding that the City is very motivated to demolish this house;
however I am requesting a stay of demolition if you will for this property by the city
to allow my customer to purchase the property and demolish the house.
Just in case this isn't in your job description, I would greatly appreciate if you could
forward it to the correct person or reply with their contact info.
Thank you so much for your help.
