NOTICE
The Council President regularly schedules “Agenda
Meetings” with the Chairmen of each Standing Council
Committee (Legislative, Finance, and Administration; Parks, Recreation,
and Community Enhancement; Safety Advisory, and Transportation; and
Utility Committees) as well as the Mayor, City Manager,
Controller/Treasurer, and City Clerk. The purpose of
these meetings, which are open to all members of Council,
as well as the public, is to set the Council and Committee
Agendas for the upcoming meetings.
WHERE: City Hall Conference Room
WHEN: Usually held the Wednesday Following the 2nd
and 4th Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
